    Tell us about home.

    Choose your clean, the size of your home and how often you’d like a hand. Add any extras your home needs.

    Make room in your week.

    Add your address, then choose from the available dates and arrival windows. Your window is the time your cleaner is expected to arrive.

    Add your contact and payment details, then check your choices, total and booking terms. Confirm when you’re ready.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Put away loose items where you can, so your cleaner can spend their time on the surfaces underneath.

Add entry instructions, parking information and your priorities in the booking notes. If appliances or cupboards are included, empty them before the visit.

A few things you might be wondering.

How much will my clean cost?

Your location, service, home size, frequency, home condition and extras all affect the price. The booking summary shows the breakdown, including GST and any Care & Cover fee, before you confirm.

Which clean should I choose?

Standard suits everyday upkeep, as a one-off or regular visit. Deep adds more detailed work, including inside the oven, fridge and kitchen cupboards. Choose End of Lease for an empty home when you’re moving.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Cleaning products and equipment are included. If you have a preferred product or a surface that needs special care, add a booking note and check with the team before your visit.

Who will clean my home?

Your cleaner is matched to your address and availability. For regular visits, tell the team if you’d like to keep the same cleaner. They can check availability, but a particular person isn’t guaranteed.
